Submit a Letter for the Mental Health Project

The fact you’re reading this means you’re a hero and I hope that you know that your submission here today could one day save a life.

Depression is a cruel and lonely condition and having a community pull together to assist with this chapter is the perfect message for whoever ends up picking this book up down the line.

Before you fill in the below there’s a few things you need to know:

  • Your submission is so appreciated, but we cannot guarantee every submission will be included in the final published project.  If you want to leave your email address, if there is an issue with your submission that could be resolved by us reaching out, we will be in touch. Our aim is to publish everything we receive but we do have to adhere to some rules about content.
  • You will not be financially compensated if your letter is published, however, if you include your postal address, we will send you a copy of the finished book once it is published.
  • Your letter should ideally be no longer than 500 words, however, there is no hard and fast rule and if we feel a longer letter would still resonate, we may still include it.
  • You are welcome to send poetry or other creative writing pieces which may fit our theme
  • We will notify you by email if your letter is used, but only if your email is provided below.

If you have any questions, please feel free send an email to hello@hannahsmartauthor.com

Thank you so much in advance for your contribution.
